Convenience & Locations

Our branches in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh/Sai Gon, Hoi An, Lao Cai, Ha Giang allow you to easily pick up or return your motorbike at any locations, including major points outside the city — providing maximum convenience as you explore Vietnam.
In Hanoi, our main office is just a 2-minute drive from our garage at 162 Tran Quang Khai Street
In Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), our branch is located near the backpacker-friendly District 1.

At other destinations:
Lao Cai: Our branch is right next to the train station, making it easy for you to collect or return your motorbike before catching a train or bus back to Hanoi, or continuing your journey to places like Sapa, Ha Giang, or Y Ty.
Hoi An: Our location sits peacefully by the banks of the Co Co River, just outside the ancient town. It's also conveniently close to Cua Dai Beach—one of the most beautiful and safe beaches in the area.
Ha Giang: Our base is right in the city center, close to a wide range of hotel options and local cuisine. It’s also just a short walk from the main bus station, where you can easily arrive or depart.

Nationwide Repair Support
In addition to our main locations above , Flamingo Travel has a wide network of trusted repair partners across Vietnam, ready to assist you in case of mechanical issues during your trip.
If you're renting a motorbike from us, approved repairs will be covered, as long as you:
Call us first before any repair work begins
Send 1–2 photos of the damaged part
Keep the original repair receipt for reimbursement
🚫 Not covered: flat tires, accidents, or damage caused by rider negligence.
